NLP Research

Does NLP work?

  • Undoubtedly yes, the foundation of NLP is about modelling and sharing patterns that have been proven to work in the real world.
  • NLP started by modelling successful therapists and has grown by applying the principles of effective communication to coaching, training, teaching, counselling, therapy and instruction.
  • The modelling approach has been used to improve the performance of world class business managers and leaders and Olympic atheletes.
  • Sugar NLP are particularly interested in the application of NLP in peoples work and personal lives.

NLP began from a position of observing excellence and creating a model of how a person gets the results they do in the real world. Building on the skills learned at Practitioner level, a Master Practitioner training gives you greater tools to access excellence and develop mastery in what you do. A Sugar NLP Research grant is available to committed students in NLP who would like to develop the use of NLP in their work.
